The conference will be held at the Double Tree Inn by Hilton-Sacramento
in Sacramento, California on Thursday, June 5 through Saturday, June 7, 2014.
This year's conference fee which includes breakfast and the HypoPARA Banquet is as follows: Individual $120 - Supporting Members (1 or 2 yr) $95 - Lifetime Members $90.
For those who register before April 1st
there will be an additional Early Bird discount.
We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the discounted price of $99 a night plus tax double occupancy. To make reservations you must call the Double Tree Inn at (916)929-8855. Mention the code HYP
to get the discounted rate for our conference.
The hotel is located 12 miles from the airport.
Transportation to and from the airport can be obtained as follows:

The Double Tree Inn is located in a great area with restaurants, shopping, museums, etc. They also offer a complimentary hotel shuttle within 3-mile radius (based on approved hotel shuttle schedule).

A limited number of scholarships are available for those who need financial help to attend the conference. It will cover the conference fee plus four nights at the hotel for one attendee. To apply, submit a 300 word essay explaining why you feel you need financial help to attend the conference to firstname.lastname@example.org. Deadline is May 1st.
