This important survey will help us better understand the real-life impact of hypoparathyroidism and give voice to the experiences of both patients and caregivers around the world. As a rare disease, hypopara is often misunderstood—your input will help change that.
There are two versions of the survey:

One for patients living with hypopara
-
One for caregivers, including those who support pediatric patients or anyone providing care or support to someone with hypopara
You’ll only need to complete one survey. Every response matters and brings us one step closer to greater awareness, improved care, and meaningful change.
