The provider website has the forms you will need to get patients enrolled in the ASAP (Ascendis Signature Access Program). This program will not only get the patient set up with a nurse advocate to help them on their journey it can help you with the insurance process. You can also use the website to get access to the safety & efficacy information as well as dosing and titration information.
Patients head on over to the resources page on the new patient website. It contains things like a letter for travel, information about the patient assistance programs and even a discuss with your doctor resource. Remember this drug can't not be filled at a regular retail pharmacy, it can only be filled at one of 2 specialty pharmacies. So don't ask your provider to send it to your regular pharmacy.
